Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or use demodummy ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you own. Workspace owners and admins control who has access and who can manage billing.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you record, upload or create ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service — for example to generate steps, create voiceovers, render videos and serve walkthroughs you publish.

You confirm you have the right to record and share the screens and data in your content. Use the blur tools to hide personal or confidential information before publishing.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading content.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around limits or security of the service.
• No reselling or copying the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, credits and payment

The free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and add credits each billing period. AI actions such as voiceover use credits; the cost is shown before you confirm. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. AI features

Generated text and voiceovers may contain mistakes. Please review them before publishing.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. Deleted walkthroughs stay in Trash for seven days before permanent deletion.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
