Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a plan

Workspace owners and admins can cancel any time from Plans & credits → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace moves to the free plan. You won't be charged again.

What happens to your walkthroughs

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Free plan limits apply afterwards, and free videos and embeds show a small demodummy badge.

Subscription refunds

Monthly fees aren't refunded for partly used periods. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong on our side, email us within 14 days and we'll put it right.

Credit top-ups

Top-up credits don't expire. Unused top-ups can be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent can't be refunded.

Failed AI actions

If an AI action fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
