Privacy Policy

The data controller is Monster IT Support Services Ltd., Hillsborough, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data demodummy collects, how we use it and your rights.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
• Workspace content: recordings, screenshots, text, voiceovers, music and videos you create or upload.
• Billing details: plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Viewer details: if a published walkthrough includes a lead form, the details viewers choose to submit.
• Technical data: basic logs and error reports needed to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
• To process payments and keep records (contract and legal obligation).
• To secure, fix and improve the service (legitimate interest).
• To reply when you contact us.

We don't sell your data or use your content to advertise to you.

Who processes it for us

• Hosting, database, file storage and sign-in providers that run the service.
• Stripe, for payments and subscriptions.
• AI model providers, to generate step text and voiceovers when you use AI features. Only the content needed for that action is sent.

Who can see your content

Everything is private to your workspace until you publish a walkthrough. Published walkthroughs are visible to anyone with the link or embed.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted walkthroughs are permanently removed after seven days in Trash. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it's used. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising cookies.
